  • Experience with Financial Management

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements

  • Assist in the preparation of financial analysis for client assignments

  • Prepare trend reports and perform account reconciliations

  • Research variances, provide explanations and work with Finance team to resolve differences

  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

  • Identify and address data quality issues

  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and General Accounting

  • Responsible for billing and revenue posting, separating and deferring expenses and generating invoices for review

  • Confirm accuracy of bill rates and submit approved invoice into client portals

  • Responsible for creating Project Numbers during SOW development

  • Timesheet management including locked timesheet changes and weekly collection/review of timesheets

  • Ability to interface with Project Managers and Clients regarding Leave Request approval

  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus

  • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business is preferred

  • 1+ years of experience is preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills is required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP,
