Job Description

Volt is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a reputable company located in Paso Robles, CA.

An ideal candidate should possess the following traits:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Prior office and computer experience is required.

  • Great written and verbal skills.

  • Ability to provide a high level of support on a variety of issues.

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks as needed including managing an active calendar of appointments, monitoring and responding to emails, organizing travel and agendas, and completing expense reports.

  • Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Communicate directly, professionally, and on behalf of the Executive Team, with their direct reports, vendors and partners, internal and external consultants, and others, on matters related to their responsibilities if needed.

  • Administrative Assistant background is a plus.

This position is full time and is temporary to hire.
