Phoenix Houses of California seek a Facilitator for its Re-Entry Program at California Training Facility. S/he will be responsible for delivering and performing services to inmate participants, tracking progress, and discussing performance with the Transition/Continuing Care Counselor.
• High school diploma or higher degree
• A minimum of one (1) year experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy services to an inmate population preferred
• One (1) year experience providing anger management, criminal thinking and family relationship services to adults preferred
